Starting his career in Istanbul Haci Salih Restaurant when he was 15 years old, Ali Davut continued his career in Taksim Divan Hotel, Pera Palas Hotel, Kadikoy Aden Hotel, Maslak Mövenpick / Prenses Hotel, Sait Halim Pasa Mansion and then abroad in Trinidad & Tobago. Ali Davut is a member of Chaine Des Rotisseurs and he has won many awards in national and international contests so far.
